Terms and Conditions

Terms governing access to and use of the Moove website, application and related services.

Last updated:

01

Introduction and scope

Moove is a sports and fitness application designed for women, offering personalised exercise sessions, virtual coaching, AI-powered movement analysis using your camera, and activity, goal and achievement tracking. Training options are adapted to the preferences, fitness experience and session choices provided by the user.

Moove is operated by Moove App LLC, a Delaware limited liability company registered on June 2, 2026, under company number 10645629. Our registered address is 8 The Green, Suite R, Dover, Delaware, United States, 19901. You can contact us at support@moove.app.

These Terms and Conditions (the ‘Terms’) govern access to and use of the website at moove.app, the Moove mobile application and related features (collectively, the ‘Services’). References to ‘Moove’, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ mean Moove App LLC. ‘You’ means the person accessing or using the Services.

Please read these Terms before creating an account or purchasing a plan. Where you enter into an agreement for the Services, these Terms and the conditions presented with the applicable offer form that agreement. Our Privacy Policy separately explains how we process personal information; acceptance of these Terms does not constitute consent to every processing activity.

Keep a copy of these Terms and any purchase confirmation for your records. Conditions specific to a purchase apply to that purchase; mandatory consumer law takes precedence over any conflicting term. A change to the text on this website does not, by itself, change the price or duration of a purchase already agreed.

02

Account registration and security

Provide accurate account information and keep the training preferences you choose to share up to date. Protect access to your sign-in account and contact support if you believe someone else is using it without permission.

You must have legal capacity to enter into an agreement for the Services or the authorisation required by applicable law. Do not create an account on another person’s behalf without authority, impersonate another person or provide misleading information.

You are responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect your account and the Apple or Google account used to sign in. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access. Responsibility for unauthorised activity is subject to applicable law and is not automatically transferred to you merely because it occurred through your account.

03

Fitness services and limitations

You can select a virtual coach, follow guided sessions, set goals and review your progress. Training options include activities such as yoga, Pilates and strength exercises. The available routine depends on the features, preferences and session options offered in your app version.

Virtual coaching and automated feedback do not mean a human trainer is supervising you. AI-powered movement analysis depends on camera visibility, positioning and the exercise being performed. Repetition counts, movement scores and calorie estimates can be imperfect and should be understood as training feedback rather than precise measurements.

Choose a suitable space and a level of exercise you can perform comfortably. Do not treat an app prompt or score as a reason to continue through pain. Moove does not promise a particular weight change, fitness outcome or prevention of injury. Nothing in these terms removes responsibilities or rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

The Services provide general fitness guidance, not medical diagnosis, treatment or individual clinical advice. Where you have concerns about whether an exercise is appropriate for your circumstances, obtain advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Virtual coach personas and automated feedback do not establish a healthcare professional–patient relationship.

04

Technical requirements and permissions

Camera-assisted sessions need camera access for movement analysis. Other features may request access to photos, contacts or notifications when you use them. You can manage operating-system permissions in your device settings; withdrawing a permission may prevent the related feature from working.

Some features require an internet connection, a compatible device and a current app version. Your network provider’s charges may apply. The Privacy Policy explains the difference between local movement analysis and information sent to Moove’s services.

05

Permitted use and restrictions

Use Moove for lawful purposes. Do not impersonate others, try to access another person’s account, interfere with the service, or use automated requests to collect other users’ information.

Only upload or share material you have the right to use. Respect other people’s privacy when using contact discovery, profile photos and progress sharing. Do not use these features to harass others or disclose their information without appropriate permission.

You must not introduce malicious code, bypass access controls, exploit vulnerabilities, scrape account information, or attempt to obtain access to nonpublic systems or records. You must not copy, distribute, modify or reverse engineer protected elements of the Services except where expressly authorised or permitted by applicable law.

06

User content and social features

‘User Content’ means material you submit through the Services, such as a profile photograph or feedback. You retain any rights you hold in that material. You grant Moove a non-exclusive permission to host, reproduce, process and display it only as needed to operate the features you use and fulfil the purposes described in the Privacy Policy. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to Moove.

Information shared outside Moove can be saved or redistributed by recipients. Removing content from your account may not remove copies already held by another service or person. Please review the Privacy Policy before using social and public-sharing features.

07

Licence and intellectual property

Subject to these Terms, you may access the Services and use the application for your personal, non-commercial fitness activities. This permission is limited to the functionality made available to you and does not transfer ownership of the application or its content.

Moove and its licensors retain their respective rights in the software, workout materials, branding and other content supplied through the Services. Third-party components may be subject to separate licence terms. Nothing in these Terms restricts rights or exceptions that applicable law makes available to you.

08

Paid plans and subscriptions

If you choose a paid plan, the price, billing period, included features and any renewal conditions are those shown in the offer before you confirm your purchase. Any trial or promotional conditions shown with that offer also apply.

Before making a purchase, review the total amount payable, currency, applicable taxes, subscription duration and how to cancel. A trial or discount applies only if included in your offer; review when it ends, whether it converts to a paid plan and the resulting charge. These Terms do not announce a particular price, trial or paid feature.

Where a purchase is made through an app store, that store’s payment and subscription-management process also applies. Deleting an app does not by itself cancel a store subscription. Applicable consumer rights are not replaced by a store’s support process or a voluntary refund policy.

A subscription renews automatically only where the offer and purchase confirmation specify automatic renewal. Any renewal period, trial conversion and recurring charge must be disclosed in that offer. Manage or cancel a store subscription through the subscription settings of the store used to purchase it, in accordance with the conditions disclosed at purchase.

Cancellation of renewal and a request for a refund are separate actions. For store purchases, use the store’s refund procedure; you may also contact support@moove.app to obtain assistance or exercise rights against Moove provided by applicable law. Refund eligibility is subject to the purchase conditions and your statutory rights.

For an Apple subscription, use your Apple Account subscription settings. For a Google Play subscription, use Payments and subscriptions in Google Play. Use the account through which you purchased the plan. Removing the app, withdrawing a device permission or requesting account deletion is not a substitute for cancelling renewal.

09

European consumer rights

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, applicable law may give you a right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion. To exercise a right of withdrawal against Moove, send a clear statement of your decision to support@moove.app, identifying the purchase, account and purchase date. You may use the wording: ‘I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for [service], concluded on [date], under [account email].’ This wording is optional.

The rules differ for services and digital content. A loss of withdrawal rights or a proportionate charge for supply begun during the withdrawal period applies only where the relevant legal conditions have been met, including any required express request, consent and acknowledgement. Merely opening the app or reading these Terms does not automatically waive a withdrawal right.

You may also send your withdrawal statement to Moove App LLC at the registered address in the Legal Notice. Include your name and contact details and enough information to identify the contract; do not send your account password. Sending the statement before the applicable deadline is sufficient to exercise the right. Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, reimbursement and any permitted deduction follow the applicable legal rules rather than a blanket no-refunds policy.

You also retain applicable rights when a digital service is not supplied or does not conform to the contract, including remedies, price reductions or termination where the legal conditions are met. Store procedures do not exclude mandatory remedies against the party responsible for supplying the service.

10

Account closure and suspension

You can request account deletion from the app’s Settings. Contact support@moove.app if you need help with the request. The Privacy Policy explains account deletion and the handling of associated records.

Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate matters. If you have an active store subscription, check its status with the store as part of closing your account.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful conduct, a material breach of these Terms or a risk to the security of the Services or other users. Restrictions must be proportionate. Where permitted and practicable, we will explain the reason and provide a means to contact us about the decision. Any applicable rights concerning paid access or refunds remain unaffected.

11

Availability, updates and amendments

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer protections or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. You retain the mandatory rights that apply to you in your country of residence, including applicable remedies for a service that is not supplied or does not conform to the contract.

We may update the service and these terms to reflect changes to features, security or applicable law. We will explain material changes and provide notice and any cancellation, refund or other options required by applicable law. Updates to these terms do not remove your mandatory rights.

Changes beyond those needed to maintain a digital service’s conformity must meet the applicable legal conditions. For an EU/EEA consumer, these include a valid contractual reason, no additional charge and clear information about the change. If access or use is negatively affected beyond a minor extent, the law requires reasonable advance notice on a durable medium and, where that right applies, allows you to terminate free of charge within 30 days of receiving the information or of the change, whichever is later. This termination right does not apply if you can retain the unchanged service without additional cost and it continues to conform to the contract. Other statutory conditions apply.

Access may be interrupted by maintenance, network failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, but this provision does not remove any obligation to supply the Services in accordance with your agreement or applicable law. Install updates needed for supported functionality and security when made available.

12

Responsibility and liability

The limitations of automated fitness feedback described above do not remove Moove’s responsibility to perform its contractual and legal obligations. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Fitness results depend on individual circumstances and cannot be guaranteed. You remain responsible for exercising judgement about the movements you perform, subject to the responsibilities that applicable law places on Moove. Any mandatory consumer guarantees remain applicable.

13

General provisions and disputes

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not, by itself, waive the right to enforce it later.

Contact support@moove.app to raise a complaint or seek an informal resolution. Nothing in these Terms requires mandatory arbitration, waives a right to bring a complaint to a competent authority, or prevents you from using courts and remedies available under applicable law. Moove’s registration in Delaware does not remove mandatory protections applicable in your country of residence.
