01

Scope and data controller

Moove is a sports and fitness application designed for women, offering personalised exercise sessions, virtual coaching, AI-powered movement analysis using your camera, and activity, goal and achievement tracking. Training options are adapted to the preferences, fitness experience and session choices provided by the user.

Moove is operated by Moove App LLC, a Delaware limited liability company registered on June 2, 2026, under company number 10645629. Our registered address is 8 The Green, Suite R, Dover, Delaware, United States, 19901. You can contact us at support@moove.app.

This Privacy Policy explains how Moove App LLC collects, uses and shares personal information when you use our website and app. It also explains your privacy choices and how to contact us about your information.

02

Account, profile and fitness information

When you sign in with Apple or Google, account information such as your provider identifier, name and email supports authentication and your Moove profile. The fields received depend on the provider and what it makes available. Your profile may also contain a phone number and an optional photo.

Fitness onboarding records the answers you provide, including goals, experience, available time, age, height, weight, body focus and questions about how you feel about training. These answers support setup and personalisation and are sent to Moove’s services so your setup can be saved and resumed.

Completed sessions generate exercise and progress records such as repetitions, timing, skipped exercises and movement scores. Moove uses these records for workout history, goals, achievements and activity summaries, including estimated calories.

If an order or subscription is recorded for your account, our billing records can include your account identifier, order or subscription identifier, plan, payment method category, amount, subscription status and creation, start or cancellation dates. These records support paid-access administration and purchase enquiries. They are separate from workout records; this description does not mean that Moove receives your full payment-card details from an app store.

03

Using your camera during workouts

Your workout camera view stays on your phone. Moove analyses those live images privately on your device: this movement-analysis feature does not upload the camera images to Moove or stream your workout to coaches or other users. We do not receive a video feed of your workout, and a human coach is not watching you through the camera.

If you allow camera access, an artificial intelligence (AI) model on your phone estimates where parts of your body, such as your shoulders, hips and knees, are positioned as you move. It helps the app count repetitions, measure how long you hold a pose and give automated feedback for supported exercises. Once the model is available on your phone, this movement analysis runs offline and does not need an internet connection to process the camera images.

Other app features use the internet, including saving workout results to your account. Information such as the exercises you complete, repetition counts, time spent exercising and movement scores is sent to Moove so you can review your progress. These results are separate from the live camera images processed on your phone.

A profile photo works differently. If you choose to add one, the photo you select or take is uploaded to Moove for your profile. The local processing described above applies to workout movement analysis, not to profile-photo uploads.

You can turn camera access off in your phone’s settings. Without that permission, Moove cannot use the camera to analyse your movements or provide feedback that depends on that analysis.

04

Personalisation and use of information

Moove uses your training preferences and session choices, such as activity, duration and intensity, to select exercises and personalise your workout experience. An AI model running on your device analyses your movements and supports feedback during supported exercises.

This personalisation involves evaluating your preferences and activity to select routines and calculate progress. Virtual coaches provide automated guidance; their presence does not mean that a human coach receives or individually reviews your workout. Routine selection and movement scores are fitness feedback rather than decisions determining employment, credit, insurance or access to healthcare.

We use account information to authenticate you and maintain your profile; training answers and session records to provide routines, history, goals and achievements; and technical information to operate and protect the Services. Support information is used to respond to requests and resolve problems. The analytics and notification purposes are described separately below.

06

Contact discovery and public sharing

If you use contact discovery, Moove reads contacts with your device permission and sends phone numbers to its service to find matching accounts. Contact names used in the device’s matching list are not included in that phone-number request. A phone number may also reach the matching service when another person who has it uses this feature.

Contact matching returns the submitted phone numbers that match Moove accounts, so another user who submits your number can learn that it is associated with an account even before a mutual friendship exists. Matching also records contact connections. When both accounts have matching contact connections, the friends list can return your name, phone number, photo, age, height, weight, account plan, role, last-login information and achievements. Your account email is excluded from that friends-list response.

Declining contacts access on your own device stops that device from reading contacts for this feature; it does not, by itself, stop another user from submitting a number they already hold or remove a connection previously recorded. Contact support@moove.app about a contact-discovery or disclosure concern, including if you do not have a Moove account.

Public profile pages and link metadata can be retrieved by someone who knows your account’s profile URL or identifier and can display your first name, profile photo and activity totals, including completed exercises and active minutes. Access to these pages is not restricted to mutual friends and does not depend on your having sent the link yourself. Profile preview images can display your avatar. Public pages, photos and previews may be retrieved or cached by recipients and preview services.

Sending a link makes it available to the recipient and may allow a messaging or social service to fetch a preview. Those recipients and services can save or redistribute what they receive. External copies may remain after information is removed from Moove; this does not remove any obligations Moove has concerning information under its control.

The app also lets you export progress images through your device’s sharing tools. The service or person you choose as the recipient handles the exported copy under its own practices.

07

Analytics and website technologies

We use internal product analytics to understand how people use Moove and improve the app. Events cover app navigation, onboarding, sign-in, plan selection and workout interactions. Analytics can begin before sign-in; after sign-in, events can be associated with your account identifier, email, name, plan and account role. These events are separate from the local movement analysis described above.

Website hosting and security services may process technical request information to deliver pages and protect the service. The app also uses device storage to support sign-in and app functionality. Device permissions and browser settings give you control over the access and storage they support.

Technical requests can include your IP address, browser or device information and the page or resource requested. Following an app-store or social-platform link sends you to that service, which may use its own cookies, identifiers and tracking technologies. A browser setting or camera permission is not, by itself, an opt-out from identified app analytics.

08

Notifications and support communications

If you enable notifications, we use a device notification token and platform information to deliver reminders. Your activity can help determine when a reminder is sent. Notification delivery services process the information needed to route the message to your device. Notifications may appear on your lock screen, depending on your device settings.

You can manage notification preferences in the app and permissions in your device settings. An operating-system permission is separate from any choice about marketing messages.

When you email support@moove.app, your email address and the information you include are used to understand and respond to your enquiry. Please avoid sending passwords or information that is not needed to resolve it.

09

Recipients and third-party services

Recipient categories include sign-in providers (Apple or Google, depending on your choice), hosting and infrastructure services, notification-delivery services, app stores for purchases made through them, and people or services receiving information through contact discovery or sharing. Each category receives information relevant to its function; the fields disclosed to contacts are described above. We operate our product analytics internally.

App stores and services you choose for external sharing also process information under their own policies. Processing locations depend on the service involved and may differ from your country of residence. Contact support@moove.app for questions about service providers and the handling of your information.

A service acting on Moove’s instructions and a provider handling information for its own purposes have different responsibilities. Apple, Google and external sharing recipients may also act under their own terms and privacy policies. Use those policies to understand their independent processing; they do not replace Moove’s obligations for information under its control.

10

International processing

Moove is operated by a US company, and the Services may involve processing in countries other than your country of residence. A company’s registered address does not determine the location of every database or service. The applicable protections depend on the information, recipient and transfer involved.

International transfers subject to European data protection law must meet its transfer requirements. You may contact support@moove.app to request information about the recipients, processing locations and safeguards relevant to your information, including how to obtain information about any applicable transfer mechanism.

11

Retention and account deletion

You can request account deletion in Settings or contact support@moove.app if you cannot access the app. The active-service deletion process is designed to remove account, onboarding, workout, statistics, goal, achievement, feedback, friendship, notification-device and stored profile-photo records. Order and subscription records are outside that process and are currently retained. Deletion of the active account does not confirm deletion from analytics, backups or services with separate records.

Deleting your account does not automatically remove copies of information held by people or external services you shared with. Cached profile images, backups and provider-held records require separate handling. Account deletion does not itself cancel an app-store subscription.

For help with a deletion request or questions about records retained after account closure, contact support@moove.app. Copies held in caches, backups or by external recipients may not disappear at the same time as your active account.

Active account and training records support your saved profile, setup, history and progress until the related data is removed or the account-deletion process is completed. Contact connections support matching and the friends list and are removed by the active-account deletion process. Billing records, analytics records, support correspondence and backups follow separate handling from active training records. You can request information about retained records or ask for deletion of information that is no longer needed; an exception to deletion must have an applicable legal basis.

12

Account security

Protect the sign-in account you use to access Moove and avoid sharing account credentials. Contact support@moove.app if you suspect unauthorised access or disclosure of your information. Include enough information to identify the concern, but do not send passwords or authentication tokens.

Account access uses authenticated sign-in. You can help protect your information by keeping your device and sign-in account secure and installing relevant updates. No internet service or device can be guaranteed to be completely secure; this does not limit obligations to protect personal information under applicable law.

13

Privacy rights and requests

You can edit available profile details and manage camera, contacts, photo and notification permissions through the relevant app or device settings. Changing a device permission does not necessarily delete information already sent to a service.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, object to or restrict certain uses, withdraw consent, or raise a complaint with a privacy regulator. Email support@moove.app with your question or request so it can be directed appropriately.

For requests under European data protection law, these rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in that law. Where processing relies on consent, withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You may complain to the supervisory authority in your place of habitual residence or work, or where an alleged infringement occurred.

For a privacy request, describe the right you want to exercise and the information or processing concerned. Use your account email where possible. We may need information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or an authorised agent’s authority, but you should not send a password or identity document unless specifically needed and requested through an appropriate channel. Under the GDPR, action on a request generally must be communicated within one month; a necessary extension of up to two further months must be explained within the first month. Requests are normally free, subject to the statutory rules for manifestly unfounded or excessive requests.

You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation. You may object to processing for direct marketing, including related profiling, at any time. Data portability applies to eligible information processed by automated means on the basis of consent or a contract. Withdrawing consent or a device permission does not necessarily delete previously collected records; deletion is a separate right with its own legal conditions.

US state privacy rights depend on your residence and the law’s applicability. They may include access, correction, deletion, portability and the right to opt out of specified activities, such as certain sales, targeted advertising or profiling. Submit a request or an authorised-agent enquiry by email. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or authority and will respond within the period required by applicable law. Exercising a privacy right does not, by itself, justify unlawful discrimination.

If an applicable US state law gives you a right to appeal a denied request, email support@moove.app with your original request and explain why you seek an appeal. This does not limit any right to contact the relevant state regulator or Attorney General. Applicable opt-out and appeal rights depend on the law and the processing involved; an ordinary support request is not a waiver of those rights.

14

Children’s information

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to Moove inappropriately, contact support@moove.app so we can review the concern and address the information involved.

15

Policy amendments and contact

We update this policy when our services or information practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest update. We will communicate material changes and obtain consent where required by applicable law. Reading this policy does not, by itself, provide consent for every use of your information.
